HAVANA CHIC uses common symbols related to
packaging:
such as FRAGILE, BREAKABLE, DO NOT WET and
HEAVY.
These symbols are arranged in a familiar
composition from the world of luxury.
Its title refers to its brown color, which
is usually considered to be cheap and unattractive;
as most tape printing industries hardly
find someone wanting to print on it.
By mixing elements of both low and high end
products,
HAVANA CHIC questions users definition of
luxury.
